Maximilian Kammerer, born 1962, degree in business administration at university for applied sciences Landshut/Munich, Germany. After several years at Roland Berger & Partner, the largest German consultancy group, and later in European & Global Management positions at Apple Computer, he joined NOKIA in 2003. After transforming NOKIA’s customer service as Vice President CMO Global Customer Care he joined Global HR at NOKIA and currently holds the position of Vice President Organization Development & Effectiveness. In addition, Maximilian Kammerer has been lecturer at University of Witten-Herdecke, still is giving lectures at Private University of Seekirchen/Austria and ISS International Business School of Service Management in Hamburg. Since 2008, Maximilian is Executive in Residence at Ashridge Business School UK on master courses for Leadership. Maximilian lives in Austria & Finland and is married, with 3 children in various stages of education. Spare time snatched outside work & family is spent with reading, hiking, skiing and music.
