Marianne is an Associate Director at The Work Foundation. She has an human resources background gained with Shell International Petroleum Co. Ltd and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and accredited business coach. Her experience has been in both the public and private sector on a wide variety of projects including: supporting management teams through change programmes, implementing behavioural change, designing performance and talent management processes and 360 degree feedback programmes, flexible working programmes and workforce planning. She is currently leading The Work Foundation’s Future of HR research programme team and working with National Policy Improvement Agency to develop a ten year workforce model for policing. The Work Foundation is the leading independent authority on work and its future.
