Maria Pejter is Director of Group Talent Management for A.P. Moller-Maersk. With her background in the shipping and logistics part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk conglomerate, Maria focuses on bringing a business mindset to HR processes. Maria’s HR experience includes leadership and organisational development as well as program and talent management. Since 2008 Maria has headed up A.P. Moller-Maersk’s global talent management efforts; leading the transformation of the company’s approach to talent management in a performance culture. Maria holds a BA in political science. A.P.
