Research
To keep you up to date with the ever changing world of human resources and talent management we let the market do the talking. HRN Europe interview corporate leaders and HR executives on a daily basis. Informed decision making is one the core objectives of our research and it will support HR executives when faced with business leaders looking for facts rather than hearsay.
Current Research: Tomorrow's World of Work Timeline: Q3 - Q4 2011
The main focus of our survey is on on the job leadership and talent development practices, since this is the major way that organizations develop their leaders and talent, and the most effective way of development, too. The survey will also ask about other practices that complement and strengthen on‐the‐job leadership development. These "other" practices include assessment, training, mentoring and coaching, and social networks.
Does your leadership want a real diagnosis?
There’s nothing quite as effective at breeding cynicism and disengagement as asking for employee input and sending it into the big Employee Input Black Hole. The foundation of our research success has been soliciting and using employee input without them feeling afraid for their jobs or being political correct in their evaluation-feedback from their employer.

If you would like us to conduct specific research please do not hesitate to contact us. We can work both on exclusive bespoke corporate projects, or you can contact us to discuss opportunities for syndicated research projects. We are also happy to tender for corporate sponsored research in 2010.
